A: End Users should contact the place of purchase.
Q: I have purchased a Crestron Product, and it is not working, who do I contact?
A: In the first instance, any warranty returns or issues should be directed to the authorised Dealer from where the unit was purchased. The Dealer will then ensure the matter is dealt with through the correct service/technical support channel.
